Collaborate with our expert jewelers to design a piece that’s truly meaningful to you. Here’s an overview of our custom process so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Crafting Your Vision: A 3-Step Custom Experience

01. Share your vision
Send us a photo, video, or social media reference of the piece you would like to create, and include any key details such as metal type, karat preference, and stone choice.
We will provide an estimate based on your specifications. If your ideal stone isn’t in stock, we can source it for you. Share your timeline, and we’ll begin bringing your vision to life.

02. Sketch & design
After consulting and aligning on your vision, our team will create a sketch and 3D rendering of your custom piece, ready for your review within five business days. You’ll have unlimited opportunities to refine the design before we move forward.
If you’d like to see it in person first, we can also create a wax model so you can feel the shape and size before casting.

03. Crafting your piece
Once your design is approved, we cast your custom piece in-house, set the stones, polish the metal, and add all finishing touches. You can also include any final laser engraving.
We will coordinate a convenient pick-up date once your piece is complete.

Once we nail down a design and move to step 2 - making an item takes no more than 4-6 weeks.

Yes, we require a $50 initial fee to begin the sketching process in Step 2.
If you decide to proceed to Step 3, a non-refundable $1,000 down payment is required to secure your custom order.

The wax mold is a 3D-printed plastic model that accurately represents your jewelry design. It’s crafted from a non-toxic resin, providing an exact replica of the piece we will forge into reality.
